Youth Outreach Program is a program sponsored by the Spiritual Israel Church & Its Army to focus on daily needs of our youth. The program was started in 1991 by Mo. Pamela Lathan of the New York Temple. This program offers monthly workshops, study sessions, report card and graduation incentives to foster and aid the growth of our children.
